Membership Freeze Fee:
Starting January 1, 2024, we will be introducing a Membership Freeze Fee of $15 per month.
Enhancements to Membership Freeze:
Members can now freeze their memberships indefinitely, providing you with greater control over your membership.
Any charges accrued during your freeze period can be applied towards future monthly membership payments.
Member Access During Freeze:
We are excited to offer members the opportunity to use any accrued IV drip or booster credits during the duration of your freeze period. This allows you to enjoy our facilities, without the burden of monthly membership payments.
During the freeze period, members can redeem accumulated service credits for IV drips and boosters but cannot utilize additional membership benefits, such as bringing guests, IV Elite service discounts or retail discounts.
Cancellation After Unfreezing:
Please note that cancellation of your IVIP Membership will not relieve you of your obligation to pay any past-due or outstanding amounts.
In the event that you choose to cancel your membership after unfreezing, please be aware that you will forfeit any remaining balance from the freeze fee collections.
To serve notice to cancel your membership, your membership must be active (not frozen). You can request cancellation in writing only, either by emailing accounts@ivitaminatx.com or by filling out a Cancellation Form in person at any IVitamin clinic.
Post-Cancellation Usage:
After unfreezing your membership, you can use the accrued monthly fees towards membership payments. It may not be used towards other services or retail products.
In the event you cancel your membership after unfreezing, you have six months to use any remaining membership credits. All other membership benefits expire at the time of cancellation.
Eligibility and Transfers:
A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Members can only transfer up to three service credits per year.
IVIP Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Procedures and Timelines:
Freezes will not be accepted retrospectively.
New members are not eligible to freeze their membership during the first month.
The monthly fee for freezing your membership is $15, automatically debited using the preferred monthly payment method.
You have the option to unfreeze your membership early.
